The land on which we gather to serve our community is the unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan.) Peoples
Pathways is also proud to be welcoming of the LGBTQ community.

Embrace.
Through education, information and engagement, we encourage the community to embrace and support the need to help people with diverse abilities achieve greater independence.

Empower.
Our goal is to empower people with diverse abilities with the encouragement, confidence, resources and lifeskills necessary to lead more independent, self-sufficient lives.

Employ.
Connecting with commercial business partners and teaching relevant employment skills, we open up opportunity pathways to employment for people with diverse abilities.
